Jenný from Faðmur yoga studio will help us gain ease and perspective for the festival season. The season, as well as bringing joy and twinkling lights, is often hectic and stressful- sometimes sad. We take this Anna-session to mute stress and worry, look within and revitalize ourselves.
The event will take place in Hafnarborg art museum.
Participants are welcome to bring their own mats, but the Library’s yoga mats will be available to those who prefer.
